Beginning in Fall 2008 you will receive your publication(s) during the school year, mid-September to April, on a monthly delivery schedule. News Current and Top Story subscribers receive 38-page issues every month. Early Edition and Taking Off editions are 30 pages. In December all subscribers will receive a bonus online edition available online at GWNews.com. Summer Times subscribers will receive one issue each month during the summer months of June, July and August.

How do I submit a change of address?

For the fastest, most accurate service, call us at 1-800-951-KIDS (5437) or email us with your name, former address and new address. Please also include your new phone number if possible. It will take 4 to 6 weeks for your new address to be in effect for magazine deliveries.

My issue didn't arrive as scheduled. Whom do I contact?

If you fail to receive an issue within one week of scheduled publication delivery date, call us toll free at 1-800-951-KIDS (5437) to have a back issue(s) mailed. Or for immediate replacement, you may download an electronic version by clicking on the GWNews E-Delivery link in the Parent/Teacher Resources section at www.gwnews.com.

Why did I receive extra issues with my order?

For the foreseeable future, if you ordered two or three issues of any level magazine, you will receive four total issues in your packet each month—the issues you ordered, plus an additional issue or two, preselected to let you see all of our levels during the course of the school year. There are a couple of reasons for this: 1) With the way the post office works today, combined with some peculiarities in our printing process, it is actually more economical for us to ship a bundle of four issues than two or three individual issues; and 2) The extra copies provide an opportunity for you to see what we offer in all of our levels, and to share them with another family who may not be familiar with God's World News. We hope you enjoy reading and sharing these complimentary issues.

How much of a refund will I receive if I have to cancel my subscription?

If you cancel within 10 days of receiving your first issue, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel later on in the year, you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your subscription.

My child is an advanced reader, can I subscribe him to another grade level?

Certainly. You can subscribe to whichever level is most appropriate for your child’s educational needs. The grade levels on our editions serve only as a guide to age-appropriate content. You may also change your child's grade level at any time during the year by calling our customer service department at 1-800-951-KIDS (5437).
