#1—Read it!

Joshua 24:14-15 (ESV)

v. 14 "Now therefore fear the LORD and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD.

v. 15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."

#4—Apply it!

Now that you have an idea what the verses are saying, how could they apply to you? On your WordStudy Sheet write what you think each verse could mean in your life. Is there something you should do? Or something you need to change? Get "up-close-and-personal" as you think about it!

#5—Pray!

Ask God to help you do the things you learned about in today's study. Be specific! When we pray specifically, God answers specifically!

#6—Share it!

Share your study with your parents or your teacher and get their feedback on your conclusions.
